Akarua Central Otago Brut NV Methode Traditionelle 750ml

Strict ‘Methode Traditionelle’ aged for a minimum of 18 months on lees. A Pinot Noir dominant blend with chardonnay; fruit is taken from across our six vineyard sites, ensuring complexity in the base wine. Lifted florals, citrus and stonefruit perfume, with freshly baked baguette. The palate is zesty and crisp, with fresh yeast notes and fine persistent beads. Lovely length and mouth-filling texture balanced with bright acidity. The perfect aperitif.
