A blend of three exceptional Cuvées and Vintages, Daniel Le Brun Cuvée Speciale has been crafted using the three classic Champagne varietals, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. This Cuvée Speciale has undergone a secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged on lees for an extended maturation of at least 5 years before being released. The harmony of beautifully balanced fruit-flavours and biscuity notes are enhanced by the extra time on lees, providing a creamy toasty complexity.
