The whole family are involved in the process from grape to bottle, and a deep respect for the land, with a long-term view towards vine and soil health, typifies the Donaldson Family's approach to grape growing. Pegasus Bay is an accredited member of the NZWG sustainable viticulture program and are firm believer of using natural methods to combat pests and diseases rather than the application of unnecessary pesticides and herbicides.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"product attribute overview\"\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"value\"\u003eThis remarkable Riesling is dry but rounded, with lots of flavour and power. Further hand selection was carried out in the winery, retaining only the best berries. These were gently pressed, and a small amount of very rich juice obtained.
