This is a light approachable whisky, which has largely been matured in American oak casks.

Drinkers should expect notes of warm malt, crisp apples, honey, vanilla, cream, silky fudge, marmalade, peaches, biscuits and custard.

A full 60% abv, yet the sweet, rich, spicy distillery character is still very much in evidence. A very small drop of water is recommended to open up the flavours.

Full bodied, delightful sherries fruit, with oak, a hint of peat and delicious sweet sensations.

The latest addition to the excellent Nàdurra range of natural cask strength, non chill-filtered whiskies is ‘First Fill Selection’, a sweet, vanilla-rich virgin American white oak matured version from The Glenlivet.

Another Nàdurra! These releases from the Glenlivet distillery, bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration, are rather excellent indeed. This particularly batch was drawn from first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks.

Lighter and more subtle than much Scotch, this Speyside offers a nose filled with vanilla, homemade shortbread and a hint of orange peel. After 10 years in Sherry casks, the delicate palate is ever so slightly sweet with refreshing lemon peel leading on to a lingering sweet and zesty finish.
