Glen Moray is a quality Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Elgin, the capital of Speyside, Scotland’s most famous whisky region. The distillery has been producing fine malt whisky, distilled traditionally in copper stills, since 1897. The craft has been passed from generation to generation, ensuring that the legacy of the Glen Moray distillery is continued. Ex-bourbon barrels from North America are used to mature the whiskies, giving Glen Moray its rich and spicy characteristics. The 12 year is a mid-golden whisky that is smooth, warming and rounded with a good firm body. Sweet, malty flavours evolve around the centre of the palate, surrounded by fruits and toffee, finishing with blackcurrants, toffee and liquorice.
