Batch number four of Dingle Irish whiskey is here! Produced over in southwest Ireland, the single malt has been drawn from a combination of bourbon, sherry and Port casks. The marriage of casks is a harmonious one, with generous helpings of dried fruit and vanilla. Just 2,000 bottles of this whiskey were produced.
Tasting Note
Nose: A creamy mixture of chocolate and vanilla alongside sherried dried fruit and toffee. Palate: A distinct winey note, with more vanilla, oak, dried apricot and sultanas with a good helping of malt.
Finish: Gingersnap biscuits, dark chocolate and a hint of refreshing citrus.
Alc: 46.5%
