This 31-year-old single cask bottling certainly falls into the latter, adding heavy pungently fruity notes that play wonderfully with the beefy notes of classic Ben Nevis. Matured for a full 31 years in a single Oloroso sherry butt, yet still retaining a remarkable 62.1% ABV.
