National Cellar 1573 is a Luzhou liquor made in the wine cellar established in the Ming Dynasty (1573 A.D.). The brewing materials of National Cellar 1573 include waxy red sorghum which is only produced in Luzhou in southern Sichuan China, complemented with different yeasts starter of over 600 kinds. The wine is made in a special barrel for solid-state distillation and stored in the natural holes for a few years. Then the wine masters meticulously evaluate and blend the taste. All these strict procedures reflect the passion for excellence and perfection. The ageing fragrance makes National Cellar 1573 so elegant and rich. The velvety mouthfeel creates the characteristics of mellow, sweet, crisp and clean for the wine.
