Piper-Heidsieck Rosé Sauvage in Gift Box 750ml

Pinot Noir from Les Riceys in the Cote des Bars, the most southerly Champagne vineyard, give the structure and the Chardonnay from the Montagne de Reims expresses the elegance. Rose Sauvage is a round and vibrant non-vintage Rose recalling the rich variety of its blend of 100 crus from across Champagne.

Tasting Note: The nose contains lots of fresh red fruit, especially Morello cherries. Notions of mandarin and grapefruit combine with hints of cinnamon and figs. The plate is exuberant and warm with aromas of red plums, clementines and blood orange - and just a touch of pistachio.
