Silken smooth, medium-bodied pinot noir with ripe plum, cherry, violet and spicy oak flavours. A supple, attractive wine that's deliciously drinkable now but should develop with bottle age

Our newest wine to be released in our Premium Collection, following on from the Black Poplar Block Pinot Noir. 

'Soli Vero' - Soil Truth is a wine built on a cornerstone of authenticity. Single-vineyard sourced from Bendigo, Central Otago. 

Both in the vineyard and the winery the site and wine is managed and tended to in a custodial manner. Continually ensuring the wine is guided to a true expression of the terroir and framed in an honest reflection of the land from whence it came.

This wine delivers aromatics of subtle red cherry and well-integrated oak. Notes of dark plums with well-balanced fruit on the palate and fine elegant tannins that develop in a long complex finish.
