Saitama Prefecture was a rice-producing area in the Edo period, with about 700 sake breweries.

From the 16th century to the 17th century, while the population did not change much, the area of fields nearly doubled.

Under such circumstances, in 1625, we started sake brewing in Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture, and in 1941, we moved our headquarters to Hanyu City, Saitama Prefecture, which is blessed with underground water from Mt. I'm here.

In addition, in February 2021, the Hanyu Distillery, which distills its own malt whiskey, resumed operation.

The polished raw rice is carefully brewed and carefully finished with skilled techniques.
A crisp, dry and deep umami flavor, this sake is a connoisseur's favourite. You can enjoy it cold, but if you warm it up, the flavor of the sake will come out even more.

ABV: 14%
