Waterford Ballykilcavan 1.2 Edition 700ml

The second edition of Ballykilcavan from Waterford is a product of the Ballykilcavan farm in County Laois. It’s been matured in a combination of American oak, French oak, and ex-fortified wine casks. The nose packs in plenty of red grapes and earthiness; the mouthfeel is oily, with malty notes that last long into the finish.
