This VSOP has been matured for 4 years in a mixture of Limousin and Troncais French oak casks. The spirit is produced from apples grown at the distillery’s small 42-hectare hillside orchard, which are long fermented naturally, without the addition of other ingredients.

The result is a well-balanced, light and subtle Calvados, which possesses flavours of apple pie, fresh green apples, banana, almond, hazelnut, flowers, gentle oak, and a little faint spice.

ABV: 40%
