Founded in 1734, Champagne Taittinger is one of the oldest family-owned houses in the Champagne region. Renowned for its elegant and refined style, the estate's meticulous vineyard management and winemaking craftsmanship have made it a preferred choice among champagne enthusiasts worldwide.

The 2016 Brut Millésimé is a vintage champagne crafted only in exceptional years. It blends 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, with 70% sourced from Grand Cru vineyards and 30% from Premier Cru.

The wine presents a pale golden hue with persistent fine bubbles. The nose reveals complex aromas of white flowers, hawthorn, kumquat, verbena, gingerbread, and white blossoms, underpinned by a subtle minty note. On the palate, it offers a fresh, dynamic attack with floral tones like honeysuckle, complemented by delightful notes of peach and citrus fruits. The finish is subtle, with long-lasting aromas of orange peel, showcasing a harmonious balance of elegance and complexity.

This champagne is ideal as an aperitif, pairing well with cured ham, cheese puffs, prawns, or main courses like salmon, John Dory, tuna, or scallop carpaccio, making it perfect for festive occasions.
