Château Pédesclaux 2025 is a dynamic 5ème Cru Classé from Pauillac, reflecting the estate’s modern evolution toward greater precision, purity, and Cabernet-driven intensity. The 2025 vintage shows excellent balance between power and refinement, with deep structure and polished contemporary winemaking.
The nose is expressive and concentrated, offering blackcurrant, blackberry, dark cherry, and plum, layered with cedar, graphite, crushed violets, tobacco leaf, and subtle spice. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied with firm yet finely grained tannins and a structured core. The fruit is dense and focused, supported by fresh acidity that brings lift and definition. Oak is well-integrated, adding depth and complexity without overwhelming the fruit. The finish is long, precise, and mineral, with classic Pauillac backbone and energy.
