Le Dragon de Quintus 2025 is the second wine of Château Quintus, produced in Saint-Émilion Grand Cru under the same meticulous Domaine Clarence Dillon ownership. It reflects a more approachable and earlier-drinking expression of the estate’s style, while still retaining notable depth and precision in the 2025 vintage.
The nose is expressive and ripe, offering black cherry, plum, crushed raspberry, and blueberry, layered with violet, subtle spice, and gentle cedar notes. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with supple, polished tannins and a smooth, rounded texture. The fruit is generous and forward, supported by fresh acidity that keeps the wine lifted and balanced. The finish is clean, elegant, and fruit-driven, with a soft mineral edge.
