This 1995 vintage comes from the vineyard of Ambleville, a commune located in the south of the Grande Champagne region, the premier cru of Cognac. Located on a geological fault, this vineyard benefits from exceptional conditions, the roots of the vines drawing their resources from deep within the limestone subsoil.

TASTING NOTES

Peppery, spicy notes reveal chocolate and buttery aromas. Spices mixed with notes of leather, coffee, liquorice and guin cherry (very ripe).
