Summerhouse Chardonnay 2019 750ml

Grapes were grown in the Southern Valleys, a premium Chardonnay subregion. After pressing juice was sent to barrel and tank for fermentation, with selected yeast strains, 35% of the blend was fermented in aged French oak. A portion of the ferment completed malolactic fermentation, to add texture and subtle creaminess.

Golden in colour, our Chardonnay brings succulent yellow nectarine and honeydew melon aromas. The palate is rich and luscious in a lightly oaked style.

Our Chardonnay sits beautifully with rich poached salmon with caper butter sauce or alongside a hearty chicken and leek pie.
