The Gisborne regions high sunshine hours, clay loam soils and luscious landscapes provide the ingredients for Thornbury to produce outstanding award-winning Chardonnays, that are full-bodied, creamy in texture and aromatic in tropical fruits such as melon, pineapple & ripe peach.

This Chardonnay displays characteristics of melon, peach and tropical fruit notes. A fruit-driven style wine, uniquely derived from the growing conditions of the Gisborne wine region. A creamy and textural wine, shows both harmony and concentration. It will reward further cellaring over the next 3 Years.
