Deutz Marlborough Blanc de Blancs is an elegant vintage Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wine crafted entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown in Marlborough, New Zealand.

Made using the traditional bottle-fermentation method, this refined Blanc de Blancs combines vibrant Marlborough fruit with extended lees ageing to develop richness, complexity and a fine, creamy mousse.

Pale gold in colour, it displays inviting aromas of freshly baked biscuit, brioche and citrus. The palate is pure and elegant, showing lemon curd, citrus, pastry and subtle nutty characters, balanced by taut acidity and refreshing minerality. The finish is long, clean and beautifully precise.

Excellent as an aperitif and particularly well suited to oysters, scallops, smoked salmon, seafood, eggs Benedict and creamy or nutty cheeses.
