How long can I cellar William Fevre Chablis?

William Fevre Premier Cru Chablis generally drinks well from about 3 to 8 years after vintage, while the Grand Cru wines can improve for 10 years or more. Serve chilled, around 10 to 12 degrees C, with oysters, seafood or chicken in a cream sauce.
