Tasting Notes
Nose: A bouquet of alpine strawberries and ripe raspberries, interwoven with subtle floral notes and a hint of spice, reflecting the minerality of the limestone soils.
Palate: Medium-bodied and well-balanced, offering bright red fruit flavours complemented by lively acidity and a smooth, elegant texture.
Finish: Long and refined, with a lingering mineral edge that enhances the wine's elegance and balance.
Winemaking: Crafted using 100% de-stemmed fruit, the wine undergoes a 10-day cold maceration followed by fermentation with ambient yeasts. Aged for 15–18 months in barrels (20% new), with no fining or filtration, and minimal sulfur added post-malolactic fermentation.
