The Syrah is a vibrant red wine from the Languedoc region of southern France, produced by the renowned Mas de Daumas Gassac estate. This wine is crafted from a blend of 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache, and 20% Carignan, sourced from vineyards situated on arid, calcareous slopes rich in bauxite near Villeveyrac.

Nose: A deep violet-red hue and an expressive bouquet of ripe red fruits, including dark cherries, cassis, and subtle hints of leather and baking spices. 
Palate: A warm, fruity profile with a good tannic structure, delivering a well-balanced and satisfying finish.
