Perrier-Jouët was the first house to release dry-style champagne, back in 1854 when everyone else was doing sweet; the originators, then, of the current Brut style. Famous for the painted flowers on their superb Belle Epoque, Perrier-Jouët also make a very fine non-vintage champagne.
