A premium certified organic Pinot Noir from Greystone's estate vineyards in the Omihi Hills, Waipara, North Canterbury. The 2021 vintage combines impressive concentration with the elegance, savoury complexity and mineral character for which Greystone is known.

Carefully hand-picked fruit underwent wild fermentation before ageing in French oak barriques for around 16 months. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered, preserving its natural character and expression of the vineyard.  

The nose shows dark cherry, blackberry and plum, complemented by violet, dried herbs, spice and subtle savoury notes. The palate is concentrated and beautifully structured, with ripe dark fruit, fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity leading to a long, elegant finish.
