A nice sweetness, caramel, almonds, woody spice, mealy apple, some citrus, effervescent powder, slightly grassy, slightly mineral. Sour, appley, slightly spicy in the mouth, but then comes a nice red baked apple, good wood and spices, citrus notes, the cheeks sizzle, nice and fresh and spicy. Fruity-appley-fresh, the Arran apple is there, plus some cherry notes, citrus, a slight note of pastry, medium length.
