The Cooper’s Choice Loch Lomond 2009 Highland Single Malt is a limited-edition Scotch whisky crafted by the Vintage Malt Whisky Company. Distilled in October 2009 at the Loch Lomond distillery in the Scottish Highlands, this single malt matured for a decade, initially in American oak casks before undergoing a finishing period in a Muscat wine cask. It was bottled in January 2020 at cask strength, 52% ABV, with only 324 bottles produced, making it a rare and collectible expression. 

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Delicate smoke intertwines with rich, fruity aromas of dried apricot and golden syrup. 

Palate: Candied orange peel and fresh sweet malt are complemented by subtle smoky undertones.

Finish: A spicier conclusion featuring anise and cinnamon, accompanied by earthy vanilla pod and lingering smokiness.

This whisky is non-chill filtered and free from artificial coloring, preserving its natural character.
