This single malt was distilled at Inchgower in 2010 and independently bottled by Adelphi in 2025. The whisky spent its 14 year maturation in a single first-fill palo cortado sherry butt, yielding 452 bottles, without added colour or chill filtration.

You’ll find plenty of that nutty character, including toasted walnuts and Brazil nuts, alongside honeycomb, fresh orchard fruit, and gingerbread.
