Waterford Distillery presents the first-ever biodynamic Irish whiskey with the Waterford Biodynamic Luna 1.1. Inspired by the cycles of the moon, it's made from pure biodynamic barley.

TASTING NOTES

Fruity with apricot jam, plums and lemon drizzle cake with herbal tea and earthy notes of fresh soil and hay. Allover spiciness with ground cloves, white pepper, jalapenos, and peppermint tea with subtle notes of smooth dark chocolate and liquorice.
