Another high quality liqueur from specialist distillers Bols, who have been in the business since 1575.
This striking red liqueur is made with fresh strawberry juice from fruit which has been sun ripened, and little citrus to balance the fruit’s natural sweetness.
The result is a sweet, fruity liqueur with notes of boiled sweets, strawberry jam, lemon juice, vanilla, cherry, fresh strawberries, and caramel.
A required ingredient for the classic Rossini cocktail (which pairs the liqueur with Prosecco and fresh berries), strawberry liqueurs have frequently found their way into twists on the Daiquiri and Martini.
