Made with premium plum grown in Kishu and brandy, then aged 1 year, it is complex and elegant.

Brandy and Umeshu are the best matching combination as they are both made from fruits, grape and ume. CHOYA's over 50 years of Umeshu making experience makes it perfect balance. 

Brandy gives Umeshu a richer aroma and a deeper taste. Sweetness and tartness are well balanced.
