Brookfields ‘Highland’ Merlot 750ml

The 2020 ‘Highland’ Merlot is a belter. Lavish in blackcurrants, spice, cigar box, toast, and silky tannins, it reflects the quality of the grapes and French oak barrels used in winemaking. Harmonious and in balance, the 2020 ‘Highland’ Merlot will age gracefully for many years. It is only the seventh ‘Platinum’ label since 1989. This label is reserved for Merlot dominant wines of excellence.

Ideal with Lamb Ragu or wild mushroom pasta and a red wine jus.
