Grant Burge Fifth Generation Merlot  750ml

Granet hues with perfumed aromas of dark plum and cherries with hints of vanilla. The palate is soft and silky yet richly flavoured with sweet spices and fruit, while the pleasingly textural tannins draw this silky wine through to a long flavoursome finish.

The fruit was crushed and de-stemmed prior to being fermented in stainless steel tanks for 7 days on skins with three pump-overs a day to exact colour and tannin.
