A rare single-vineyard Saint-Joseph from an historic granite hillside in Mauves. Aromas of blackberry, violet and cracked pepper lead to a beautifully structured palate of dark fruit, graphite and mineral complexity. Elegant yet powerful, this is one of the benchmark Syrahs of Saint-Joseph and a superb cellar candidate.

The 2023 Clos Florentin is often described as one of the most complete young releases from this celebrated monopole vineyard. It delivers:

• Ripe blackberry and black cherry fruit
• Floral lift (violet and lavender)

• Silky yet structured tannins
