Demonio De Los Andes Italia Pisco 700ml 

Pisco is the result of the distillation of alcohols obtained after the exclusive fermentation of ripe grapes, according to traditional methods.

Pisco is the traditional wine eau de vie of Peru. The originality of Pisco is due to the ideal terroir and the authentic process of elaboration, exclusively from the wort of wine. The ripe grapes are pressed, the wort obtained is purified and then fermented. After transformation into alcohol, the wort is distilled in stills.

Pisco Demonio is produced by the company Vina Tacama in the Ica region, south of Lima in the Pisco valleys.

Made from the Albilla grape, this is an intensely fruity, yet delicate pisco with a rounded mouthfeel and a long finish.

Demonio De Los Andes translates as 'Demon of the Andes', and is made with grapes from the oldest vineyard in South America.
