The Barrel Salted plum gin builds on the sloe gin tradition using Chinese ingredients. It is inspired by the historical Suan Mei Tang recipe, which included things like salted plums, mulberries, hawthorne and Osmanthus. It is the first barrel-aged Suan Mei gin in the world.
