A vintage tribute to Mrs. Veuve Pommery, one of the first women to have run a champagne house
The champagnes of the cuvée Louise were created in homage to Louise Pommery, a middle-class woman from Reims who was widowed in 1858. Against all odds, widowhood turned out to be a kind of female emancipation for her as she took over the reins of her husband's business and became a true entrepreneur. She brought the Veuve Pommery brand into the very closed circle of the great Champagne houses at the end of the 19th century.
This wine is of absolute purity and testifies to the know-how of the great oenologists of the Pommery house.
This cuvée originates from the 3 Grands Crus: Avize, Aÿ and Cramant, jewels of the entire Champagne region.

Robe : a beautiful brilliant robe, of an exceptional limpidity with a fine and delicate effervescence.

Nose : a nose both complex and delicate, with first floral aromas of hawthorn and lime blossom. In a second time, you will perceive fruity notes of vine peach and pear. Finally, some spicy notes of vanilla and roasted hazelnuts will add to your tasting.
