The Elephant Hill Le Phant Blanc is a refined white wine from Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand, available in a 750ml bottle. This aromatic blend comprises 66% Pinot Gris and 34% Viognier, predominantly sourced from Elephant Hill’s coastal Te Awanga vineyard, known as the “SEA” vineyard. The grapes are mostly hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed, then fermented and aged in light lees in tank for 18 months without oak, preserving its fresh and expressive character.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Aromas of violet, ripe raspberries, plums, and cocoa bean. 
Palate: Bursting with dark berry fruits and has a smooth, fine-grain texture. 
Finish: Depth and vibrancy with an elegant and focused finish.
