2021 Unravelled is a delicious example of Central Otago Pinot, reflecting the fruits of the region, red cherries and red-fleshed plums. It is well-rounded and nicely balanced, clove and all-spice can be found in amongst the ripe red fruits. Soft, yet a ball of energy on the palate, it finishes neatly with a hint of bitterness.
"The wine is attractively fruited and inviting on the nose showing dark cherry, floral, fragrant spice and toasted almond characters with a touch of savoury mushroom.
