Les Gravières is perhaps the most respected and well-known Premier Cru site in the Santenay appellation of Burgundy's Côte de Beaune. Located at the northern end of the village, on the border with Chassagne-Montrachet, the vineyard is planted to both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The vineyard is best known for its supple red wines, although whites from the site can also be outstanding.
