In 1904 a co-operative winery called Ai Vino Delle Langhe was founded and a young man who founded a young man who worked there was one Alfred Prunotto.
Nose: Ruby red colour, Fiulot is intense.
Palate: It’s vinous and fruity with notes of plums and cherries
Finish: Fragrant and exceptionally pleasant.
Food match: Lamb; leaner beef; roast pork; Portobello mushrooms & roasted pepper; bleu-veined, mozzarella & gorgonzola cheeses.
