Yalumba Samuel's Collection Barossa Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 750ml 

The wines of the 2021 vintage are that of balance, style and exceptional varietal characteristics. Late winter and spring rains set the vines up for a high-quality year. Summer was mild with below average daytime temperatures and cool nights, which led to the development of fabulous colour, pristine aromatics and flavours with good natural acidity.

TASTING NOTES

An attractive deep ruby to garnet color. This full-bodied blend reflects its maturation in oak with mouth-coating tannins and notes of black olives, chocolate and toffee.
