Founded in 1937 and purchased by current owner and respected winemaker Peter Robertson in 1977, Brookfields has become one of New Zealand's leading wineries, renowned for producing exciting wines each year from their Hawke's Bay vineyards.

Tasting Notes:

Elegant with floral notes, the 2025 Fiesta Rosé has strawberry, rose petal, watermelon, spice and peach. Syrah and Merlot are the two most favoured varieties for Rosé. The old phrase of Rosé all day has become Rosé all year – it just keeps selling! Fiesta is a derivative of festival – lets make it a celebration.
