Gibbston Vineyard GV Collection Pinot Noir 750ml

"Blended from several subregions of Central Otago, the GV Collection Pinot Noir is a medium to full-bodied wine imbued with scents of camphor, cedar, earth and dark fruit. Plums and black cherries feature prominently, but this is a largely savoury effort, a bit on the muscular, extracted side without going to excess, with ample length on the finish." - Joe Czerwinski

Consistent full red colour. Penetrative red fruit aromatics expand outwards; voluminous, with fruit cake, briar and blossom. Crisply contoured sweet red and dark fruits coat energetically to a fine mineral finish.
