The Jip Jip Rocks are a striking outcrop of 350-million-year-old pink-red granite, which are sacred in traditional Aboriginal culture.

This is a classic South Australian red blend that brings together approximately 55% Shiraz and 45% Cabernet Sauvignon. It pours a deep purple colour and offers a rich, enticing nose with aromas of boysenberry, mulberry, cedar and pepper spice. On the palate the wine is fruit-driven yet structured, showing ripe dark berry flavours framed by fine tannins and a textured, lingering finish, balancing vibrant fruit with gentle oak influence.
