Château Ducru-Beaucaillou is the emblematic Cru Classé of Saint-Julien and watches over a prestigious terroir. It takes its name from its terroir of "beaux cailloux" (beautiful stones) that made up its Günzian gravel soils. 

TASTING NOTES

The 2021 Ducru-Beaucaillou is a unique blend for the estate as it is composed of almost all Cabernet Sauvignon (98% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Merlot Noir.) It opens with aromas of dark berries, tobacco, violets, damp soil, and spices. Full-bodied and complex yet velvety with a superb depth, bright acidity, and dusty tannins.
