A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 75% Shiraz 25% made by Quarisa.
Dark coloured wine smells deep earthy and savoury with plenty of barnyard and leather-like characters, yet it tastes surprisingly fruity. Aromas of ripe and lush blackberries conspire with slightly spicy oak. Flavours of plum and cinnamon spice intermingle with notes of fresh brewed coffee. Impressive length and structure with a seductively soft and lingering finish.
A deep, meaty, concentrated wine with a spicy character and a dry finish, it's a wine to accompany a BBQ.
