Tempus Two Silver Series Shiraz 750ml

Rich and ripe raspberries balanced with subtle notes of white pepper. Well-integrated soft tannins provide great length and finish. The fruit for this wine was sourced from vineyards in South Eastern Australia. The fruit was crushed and de-stemmed before being fermented on oak at cooler temperatures for 5-7 days. This has allowed the fruit flavours to be nurtured while enabling the retention of varietal characteristics.
