Winemaking Notes: Harvested on 7th, 11th and 17th April 2020. 40% whole bunch fruit, aged in 29% new oak for 11.5 months. Unfined, unfiltered. 9761 bottles in total production.

TASTING NOTES

Dense, ripe pinot noir with lush floral/rose petals, cassis, mocha, wood smoke, dark chocolate and spicy oak flavours. 

Alc: 14%
