Produced from low-yielding, old vine vineyards across the Barossa region and aged for 9 months in oak. This wine also has the added bonus of being vegan-friendly and lower in sulphites as they have a minimal intervention. This is the latest 2021 release and it scored 90/100 in James Halliday’s Wine Companion, they called it “A deeply coloured, contemporary Barossa shiraz…Juicy and unctuous with fine, tannin and a creme de cassis-like finish.”
